3. Prohibited Conduct (No Scraping)

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Web Scraping: Using any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access the Website or extract data, content, or other elements for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Interference: Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or bypasses any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Website.

4. Modifications to the Service

Right to Modify: Weatherwise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website (or any part thereof, including specific maps or data visualizations) at any time with or without notice.

No Liability: You agree that Weatherwise shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website or its free services.

5. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Weatherwise (e.g., partner sites, institutional weather sources).

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Weatherwise is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content.

6. User Accounts & Data Collection

While many features of the Website are accessible without registration, certain areas (such as the Client Area) may require an account.

Data Accuracy: When creating an account or providing information, you agree to provide accurate details, including your first name, last name, email address, company name, and company URL.

Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Weatherwise cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Weatherwise expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or availability.
