Weatherwise.fr ("Website") respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

  • Google Ads (Remarketing & Conversion): We use Google Ads to advertise Weatherwise across the internet. This service uses cookies to display relevant ads to you on other websites based on your past visits to Weatherwise.fr (Remarketing). It also helps us track if our ads are effective (Conversion Tracking). Data is processed by Google. IP addresses are anonymized where possible.
  • Vercel & AWS: Our website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure with data storage provided by AWS.

International Transfers: Some data (including IP addresses and cookie identifiers) is transferred to and processed in the **United States**. These transfers are secured via the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission to ensure a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.
